It is divided into active imaging system and passive imaging system, direct-view imaging system and inter-view imaging system, low-light imaging system and infrared imaging system.
Photoelectric imaging systems are divided into three categories according to the objective lens system: refractive system, reflective system and catadioptric system.
refraction system
The refractive objective lens system is easy to correct aberrations, can obtain a larger field of view, has a simple structure and is convenient to adjust.
Refractive objective lenses commonly used in optical systems are of the double Gauss type and the Pitzvat type.
reflection system
Reflective objective can be made into a large aperture, and the focal length can be longer, easy to draw, that can be made of metal materials, can also be made of ordinary glass plated with a layer of metal film or other dielectric film, and the material requirements are not high. The reflective objective lens has a small loss of light energy and no projection loss, that is, the mirror reflection ratio is higher than the projection ratio of the lens. The mirror does not produce chromatic aberration. These advantages make it more widely used in infrared optical systems.
Reflective objective lenses are divided into single mirror and double mirror. The most commonly used is a double mirror.
folding inversion system
In order to obtain a good image quality, the reflective objective lens system needs to use an non-spherical mirror, which is difficult to process and inspect, and the cost is high. Therefore, people have studied and improved the reflection system, using spherical mirrors for both the primary and secondary mirrors of the mirrors, and correcting the spherical aberration of the spherical mirrors by adding compensation lenses. The mirror and the correction lens constitute a catadioptric objective lens system. Reflex objectives can achieve large aperture and long focal length, and commonly used are the Smitt system, the Mankin fold mirror and the Bavos-Marksutov system, as well as the Bavos-Cassegrain system.
